Whether you have separated or
you are thinking about separating or perhaps you are thinking about
entering into a new relationship (either marriage or a de facto
relationship), you may want to obtain some initial legal advice to
ascertain your legal rights and obligations.
An initial appointment at Howe
Martin & Associates may help you to understand your legal position with
respect to your relationship. We understand that you may not
necessarily want to take any action straight away, but an initial
appointment with us may clarify your situation for you.
You can contact our office and
speak with one of our helpful support staff members to obtain an
appointment with one of our experienced solicitors for some initial
advice.
We advise that we do not conduct
any legal aid matters in our office, nor do we conduct any first
interviews free of charge. All attendances with our office are
billable. We advise that you are under no obligation to make further
appointments after your initial advice, but should you wish for us to
act on your behalf, you will be required to enter a Costs Agreement with
our firm.
What to bring to first
appointment
To ensure that we are in the
best position to advise you about your matter, we ask that you bring in
details of your current situation to your first appointment.
