Text Box: GREG HOWE Greg is the principal of the firm and is a senior Adelaide family law practitioner with over 30 years experience.  He has acted primarily in financial matters, and has particular experience in those matters involving companies, businesses and trusts and more complex financial issues.  He has acted on a number of property disputes in de facto relationships.  Greg is also a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IAML), and is one of only three practitioners in South Australia who are members of the IAML.  In April 2008, Greg chaired the Organising Committee for the successful 13th National Family Law Conference held in Adelaide. Greg was recently elected as the South Australian Representative to the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: ARTHUR KOUFALAS Arthur was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2003.  He has practised exclusively in family law since then.  Arthur joined the firm in January 2010 after some years working for a busy city firm, and brings with him strong experience in the whole range of family law matters. Arthur played high level soccer and retains a strong interest in that and other sports, and he is fluent in the Greek language.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: SCOTT VALENTE Scott Valente joined the firm in December 2010.   He was recently admitted to the Supreme Court, having come to law after a successful career in the business world.  He will primarily assist Greg Howe in his practice.   In his spare time, Scott is a keen cyclist and golfer.
